Born into humble beginnings in Mumbai, Dr. Sajan rose through sheer resilience — selling books, delivering milk, and working as a salesman before building one of the UAE's most celebrated business empires. But what truly sets him apart is not the billions he built — it is the thousands of lives he uplifted along the way.
Through the Danube Welfare Society, he has provided free skills training to underprivileged workers. Through his partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, Danube Properties committed AED 25 million in real estate units to humanitarian programmes.
When Dubai faced crisis, he opened Danube buildings and hotels to shelter over 450 stranded people — without hesitation.
